Consignment Contract Terms & Conditions
  1. Book your appointment in store. All appointments are scheduled for Tuesday mornings. If this does not work for you, please let us know to make other arrangements. Our appointments book up 6 months to a year in advance.
  2. This is a by season contract (Fall/Winter - September to February or Spring/Summer - March to August).
  3. All consignors will receive 30% of the FINAL SELLING PRICE. This may vary from the original estimate due to sales (25, 50, and 80% off), promotions and the current retail market.
  4. I understand that a $2.00 steaming fee will be applied to any item deemed in need of pressing. A $5.00 per item fee will be charged for any items asked to be returned that have not been on the floor for more than 30 days. Initial ___
  5. We are not responsible for theft, damage or loss of any item. Initial __
  6. All items to be consigned are to be clean and pressed and on hangers to store standards.
  7. An itemized list of your consigned items can be picked up or emailed by request.
  8. Consignors are responsible for notifying the House of Lily Koi at the end of each consignment season for payment. Store credit may be applied at HLK.
  9. All money must be claimed no later than 7 days after the consignment season. Deadline for the Fall/Winter season is February 7th, and the deadline for the Spring/Summer season is Sept.7th Any payouts that are not picked up past' the end of season date will become property of HLK. I have read and understand the seasonal deadlines. :
  10. It is the responsibility of the consignor to contact HLK for all payouts and returns before the deadline above.
  11. Please notify HLK 24 hours in advance by phone or email to prepare your returns and payout.
  12. We Do Not Return items back once they are consigned.
